The idea was suggested by the Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. According to the contract, up to 2026 the enterprise will be localising the production of combine harvesters at the Krasnodar plant as much as possible and can participate in state support programmes of Russian manufacturers,» noted Vice Governor Alexander Ruppel.
Since 2018, the personnel at the plant have been trained using a dual educational system. This is the key element of the introduction of the Standard of industrial growth staffing implemented in Kuban by the order of the President of the Russian Federation. Upon graduation, the students will receive the diplomas of their universities together with German certificates confirming their on-site factory training.
